In terms of the sales model for Greendale Farm, no bank originated bonds will be permitted at any time in order to safeguard the farm and interests of all the new Beneficiaries i.e. Greendale Farm will never be mortgaged.  Accordingly any potential Beneficiary seeking to purchase an exclusive use site will need to be cash based.  All building activities will also need to be cash funded by the Beneficiary.

The current Farm owner Mr Michael Back would however be prepared to consider a negotiated monthly installment sale (for a period of up to five years) for the purchase of the respective exclusive use sites.
